Cashel Arts Festival is calling all enthusiastic singers to be part of the Festival Choir.
Choral conductor, Martin Barrett (Deputy Principal of the Cork School of Music) will lead six, two-hour evening workshops. These will culminate in a spectacular concert in St. John The Baptist Cathedral Church, John Street, Cashel on Sunday, November 18, at 3pm.
Martin Barrett is a widely experienced conductor, producer, and music educator. He has worked throughout Ireland, UK, US and Japan. Martin has designed and presented innovative professional development seminars across all levels of music education for a variety of organisations and institutions.
A â‚¬10 registration fee covers sheet music and practice CDs. Singers can avail of two half price tickets for the concert. Attendance at all workshops is desirable.
This is a once off opportunity to learn and develop choral skills and have fun.
