Swept Away; Kept Together is an exhibition currently showing at the South Tipperary Arts Centre in Nelson Street, Clonmel that celebrates with zest the strength of contemporary craft in Ireland today, as shown by ten emerging female artists.

The artists are Emma Bourke, Fiona Byrne, Maggie Cashman, Paula Ilecka, Emer Lynch, Liza McGowan, Laura McNamara, Sabrina Meyns, Kim Murphy and Adele Stanley.

The artists have been educated in a craft discipline in various universities and colleges throughout Ireland. Each is now a practising artist and the work in this exhibition highlights with great ease the creative talent and professionalism of each contributing graduate, whether in the field of glass, metal or ceramic.

The exhibition continues until Friday, October 14th.
