Santa to visit Tipp on way to North Pole

Santa Claus is coming to Tipperary Town on Wednesday, December 14 on his way to the North Pole. He will be testing out his new sleigh, which has been hidden in the town whist new modifications were being done.

Santa Claus is coming to Tipperary Town on Wednesday, December 14 on his way to the North Pole. He will be testing out his new sleigh, which has been hidden in the town whist new modifications were being done.

Santa and his elves will pass through the town at 7pm and stop at certain points on the Main Street to give out treats to all the boys and girls and maybe even the Mammies and Daddies if they are all good.

In a wonderful gesture, the Vintage Rally Committee and members of the Biker’s Social evening, that takes place in Ballyglass hotel every second Wednesday, this event is being organised as a huge thank you to all members of the public who in their support of the Vintage Rally held every Easter at Tipperary Racecourse have raised thousands of euro for charity.

“We wanted to say thank you for all the local support that we receive and both the Vintage Rally Committee and the biker’s have personally bore the cost of this gesture,” said Steve.

The Annual Vintage Rally that will be taking place in the Limerick Junction Easter Saturday and Sunday in April 2012.
