The Tipperary Musical society completed another triumphant production with vocal and visual treats while staging HMS Pinafore at the Excel. The quality of singing, orchestration, costumes, props and set, once again gave audiences their annual week of theatrical delights.
After a break of twenty years Caroline Brahan returned to the TMS taking on the role of Cousin Hebe.
“During the week of the show I was on such a high and I can honestly say there was nobody in the audience or on the stage enjoying themselves as much as me. I was a bit tired as I’m a little bit older than I was the last time I was on the stage but there’s a pure buzz and elation around performing.” said Caroline.
“Congratulations to the entire team and the society would like to thank all those you supported the staging of yet another triumph,” added Chairperson Gerry Ryan.
A special tribute to TMS costume crew affectionately became known as,‘the sweatshop’. Phyllis Hickey, Antoinette Kelly, Jane Green, Laura Hadnett, Maureen Wade and Leonard Anderson
