An exhibition by some art pupils from Colaiste Dun Iascaigh secondary school in Cahir is currently featuring at the Craft Granary. These are wonderful pieces which have produced during the school year.
Also on display in the gallery is ‘Fish For Thought’, a two-minute film made by some of the TY students for Marlisco- MARine LItter in Europe Seas: Social AwarenesS and CO-Responsibility. The video is made to show the effects that litter has on the seas and oceans. It was winner of the Audience Choice Award at the First Cut! Youth Film Festival. This exhibition will come to an end on April 10th.
From April 11th the Craft Granary will feature an exhibition by the Creative Multimedia Students at the Limerick School of Art & Design, Clonmel.
Pen & Pixel is an annual exhibition which takes place at the Clonmel Campus of Limerick School of Art and Design (LSAD). This year it will again take place on Thursday, May 22nd.
It is designed to showcase the work completed by the students throughout the year. The categories this year include: animation, illustration, drawing, photography and game design.
