All roads lead to Templemore on Saturday next 6th April for the Munster Final of Senior Scor. The competition is being hosted by JK Brackens and will be held at Our Lady’s Secondary School starting at 6 pm.

Competitors from all over Munster will compete for a place in the All Ireland of Senior Scor to be held in Derry.  The competition categories are: Figure Dancing, Solo Song, Instrumental Music, Recitation, Ballad Group, Question Time, Novelty Act and Set Dancing.   JK Brackens will represent Tipperary in two of the competitions.
Having won the County Final, Noel Joyce, who is no stranger to Scor finals, will compete in the Recitation competition. Noel, who currently holds the Munster title, will recite his own composition ‘The Day I scored the Winning Goal’.  Johnny Delaney, who also is no stranger to Scor finals, is coaching the JK Brackens set dancers who also won the County Final. The dancers are Nicole Joyce, Mairead Delaney, Jennie Moore, Katherese Meehan, Eoin Hamill, Stuart Gallagher, Dominic Gallagher and Eoin Bourke.
This should be a great night of culture and  entertainment and I am sure, that as always in Munster Finals, the standard will be very high.
We wish the best of luck to all competitors on the night and especially to Noel, Johnny and the set dancers.
