Gravity Music Festival will take place in Cahir this weekend Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of September.
The last music festival of the Summer is set to attract thousands to Inch Field beside Cahir Castle. Hermitage Green will headline on Saturday 12th with numerous bands supporting including The Minutes, The Hot Sprockets, The Dead Heavys, Graveyard Johnnys, along with local talent, Nev Flynn and Macalla. Tickets are now on sale at Ticketmaster.ie or from Cahir House Hotel, adult admission is €20 and special family tickets are on sale at €50 for 2 adults and up to 3 children. Gates open from 4pm on Saturday so organisers recommend that festival goers arrive early and enjoy a full evening of entertainment. Part-proceeds of this event will go to the South Tipperary Hospice Movement. To complement the music festival a family day theme will be adapted on Sunday 13th with novelty events throughout the town of Cahir like the very entertaining SoapBox Derby, Gravity Ball Drop and Cannonball to ensure the whole family enjoys the festival.
