Eleanor McEvoy will feature in a concert at the Nenagh Arts Centre on Saturday, March 1st.

Described by Joe Duffy as ‘The Woman who gave her heart to the Nation’ Eleanor McEvoy brings her ‘Girl in a Black Car’ Tour to Nenagh Arts Centre on Saturday, March 1st.

Her performances are intimate, emotional, uplifting affairs in which she explores soul, love and humour, using own compositions and interpretations from other songbooks, with her unique voice and beautiful playing.

Eleanor shot to fame when a label owner heard her play a self-penned song that would give a name and title track to their planned all woman compilation album ‘A Woman’s Heart”, Ireland’s best selling album. Eleanor McEvoy’s most recent album ‘Alone’ is a collection of her best-loved songs performed solo.

Tickets are available from www.nenagharts.com, by calling 067 34400 or by calling into the Nenagh Arts Centre in Banba Square.
