The beautiful 19th century mill at Fancroft is the setting for an intimate evening on March 16th. Marcus and Irene Sweeney are once again opening this fine old building to support Roscrea Hospice.

The beautiful 19th century mill at Fancroft is the setting for an intimate evening on March 16th. Marcus and Irene Sweeney are once again opening this fine old building to support Roscrea Hospice.

The upstairs room is the venue for the Session at the Mill. The lantern lit room seats 80 people and Roscrea Hospice together with the Sweeneys are organising an evening of music with MC Tom Stapleton. The line up includes Dinny Quirke, Joe Coughlan, Michael Thompson, Passing Through, Michael McEvoy, David Taylor, The Mowgli Mob, Sean Ryan and David Kinsella & Friends. This promises to be a unique evening. The venue provides supervised parking. Car pooling is encouraged. Complimentary refreshments will be served, and a raffle will also take place. Tickets go on sale from Monday Feb. 9th. Gates open at 7.30pm with music at 8pm. Early booking essential. Tickets are just €10 each and can ONLY be booked through Irene or Marcus at 0505 31484 or by email atmillgardens@gmail.com.
