‘Tipp’s Got Talent’ kicks off at the Excel

Congratulations to the six successful acts of Leona Ryan, The Badgers, Kayley Glasheen, the Thomas Peters Project, Mikaela Coffey and Aoife O’Dwyer, all who progressed to Tipp’s Got Talent Grand Finale on July 13th!

Well done also to the acts who did not make it through. It was a tough job for then Judging Panel of Pat Marnane, Maureen Walsh and Fran Garry as the talent was so good. Thanks must go to the Interval Entertainment, namely Fran Garry and Billy O’Dwyer Bob, Jim Keane from Tipperary Mid West Radio for MC’ing the Semi Final, Liam Carey from Tipperary Musical Society for acting as Stage Manager, Tipperary Excel Volunteers of Dolores Mulcahy O’Donovan and her daughter Katie, Maureen Walsh, Pádraig Lohan, Kate Keating Kelleher and last but not least members of our Tipperary Excel Board and staff Pat Marnane ,Val O’Connor, June Molony and Shane Fowler Sarah Keane and Caroline Brahan.

While the acts have to practice their variety of talents the audience needs no experience or talent to come along to support their family or friends, work colleagues, Act, or take part in helping the judges choose and crown the inaugural Tipp’s Got Talent winner.

Curtains up at 8pm for all live shows. Tickets €10/ Balcony €8 for each show. Contact the Theatre Box Office early to secure your seat. Tipp’s Got Talent should provide energy and excitement for the region over the summer weeks. Tickets are going fast for the second Semi Final, which takes place on Sunday July 6th, so don’t leave it too late to book.
