Shauna is new Irish Association chief

Kathryn Browne Local Girl has been elected Chairperson of the Irish Association in Korea.
Roscrea Girl, Shauna Browne, daughter of John and Kay Browne, Ballycleary Roscrea has been elected as Chairperson of the Irish Association in Korea (IAK).

Roscrea Girl, Shauna Browne, daughter of John and Kay Browne, Ballycleary Roscrea has been elected as Chairperson of the Irish Association in Korea (IAK).

Educated at Clonlisk National School, Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré and IT Carlow Shauna holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations.

It was while she was attending I.T. Carlow that Shauna first travelled to Korea as part of the International Summer Program at Chung Ang University in Seoul. Having enjoyed the experience, she completed here studies in Carlow and returned in to Korea in 2009. She lives in Paju, Geumchon and works as a Kindergarten teacher in Ilsan.
