JW Productions return with a new musical extravaganza

JW Productions, a musical theatre group based in Fethard, return in style this August following a run of sold out shows earlier this year in Clonacody House.

JW Productions’ new extravaganza is a touring show written and directed by award-winning international musical director Stefan J. Doyle. The show will take you on a musical journey like you’ve never been on before. It features performences from all the infamous Tony award winning shows from 1936 all the way up to 2001.

Done in an award ceremony style the show will Include spectacular scenes and performences from such shows as ‘Caberet’, ‘Sound of Music’ and ‘Evita’ and will also featuring the amazing bass-baritone that is Derek Ryan. Derek is a delight to watch perform and a true professional who will enthral you with his rendition of “Stars” from ‘Les Miserables’ as well as many other beautiful songs.

Also taking to the stage and who is now a regular in the White Memorial is Holly-Jean Williamson who has been in the front line in St Mary’s Choral Society’s last number of shows.

This is an evening which you do not want to miss, It will be full of surprises for musical fans of all ages.

The show will take place in the White Memorial Theatre on Saturday, August 1st for one night only. It is advisable to book your tickets in advance. Please call the box office on 087 234 5760.
