Thurles Library is proud to present the work of Zimbabwean artist Paradzai Havatitye from February 5th to 26th in the Source.

What Nature Holds is a collection of Paradzai’s sculpture work which displays a combination of Afro-Celtic culture through movement derived from the natural form of the ancient bogwoods he works with.

The sculptures take many different forms such as human, animal and abstract.

But one thing they have in common is that they all possess a life of their own and they are unique once off pieces.

The exhibition will open on Tuesday, February 5th at 7pm and the library staff would like to extend an invitation to everyone to see the wonderful creations on show.

As a way of cultural exchange and talent sharing Para shares his passion for nature through woodcarving workshops.
