A Chance To Become Immortalised In Print

TIPPERARY-born novelist Darragh McManus is offering you an opportunity to become immortalised in print. McManus has just released his latest novel The Polka Dot Girl (a noir-style mystery with a twist - all the characters are female) and to mark the occasion has launched an innovative competition which will see the winner’s name used for a character in a future book. All you have to do is buy a copy of The Polka Dot Girl (hard-copy or electronic), take a photo of yourself with the book and forward it to Darragh by email or via Twitter. Your name will then be entered in the draw for the ultimate prize.

The Polka Dot Girl was published by Roundfire on January 25th. It combines a serpentine plot, bristling dialogue, sensuous atmosphere and unique, all-women universe, to create a classic noir-style mystery: Sam Spade in lipstick and a dress.
