Carrick-on-Suir’s Brewery Lane Theatre will be buzzing with cultural activity ranging from concerts and a songwriting workshop to lunchtime drama during the Clancy Brothers Music & Arts Festival in two weeks time.
The five-day festival celebrating the music and lives of the Clancy Brothers folk group over the June Bank Holiday Weekend will open with a concert of traditional/folk music and song in Brewery Lane on Thursday May 31.
The theatre will also host a concert by Cork based folk/pop group The Mandolas, a songwriter evening and song writing workshop led by musician and songwriter John Spillane, a lunchtime play and art exhibition.
