Thursday Night Walks

Last week saw another great turnout for our walk through St Anne’s and around Monaincha, and we would like to thank the Sisters at St Anne’s and Wesley Draper for their permission to cross their lands. This week’s walk will be around the grounds of Kinnity Castle led by Declan Rambsbottom. Meeting at Mulrooneys Gala on the old Dublin rd at 7pm. This walk will be over a mixture tracks and woodland so please wear suitable footwear.

And don’t forget there is a chance to climb Ard Erin in the Slieve Blooms at the end of the summer. There is no age restriction to join these very sociable walks and no membership needed, just the ability to put one foot in front of the other. To check out some of the recent photos taken on these walks why not log onto www.Walkinireland.com or you can contact Cathal on 086 3399193 or Declan on 0876769143 where you can join the text message service for notification of these walks. They hope to see you there.
