South Tipperary Women in Business to host event on emotional intelligence in business

South Tipperary Women in Business are proud to announce an upcoming event on the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) in the business.

The event will take place on February 1 at 6pm at the Talbot Hotel in Clonmel and will feature a keynote speech by Julie O’Sullivan, an organisational psychologist with a passion for improving the way that people experience work.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. It is a critical skill for success in business, as it allows individuals to build stronger relationships, communicate effectively, and make better decisions.

During the event, Julie O’Sullivan will share her expertise on the topic and provide practical tips and strategies for improving emotional intelligence in the business. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other professionals from across Tipperary and gain valuable insights on how to improve their own emotional intelligence and that of their teams.
