Passed away suddenly 14th March 2026 at Limerick Regional Hospital.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband Tony, adored son Gary, her sisters Kathleen and Margo and brothers-in-law Gerry and Tom.

Sadly missed by her son Conor and daughter Valerie, grandchildren Rachel, Lauryn, Darragh, Amanda and Gareth and great-grandson Kai, daughter-in-law Kareen, son-in-law Mick, sisters Mary and Ann, brother-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Peggy (formerly of New Inn, Cashel) passed away peacefully at her home. Predeceased by her husband Maurice, daughter Noeleen (Murphy), brother Billy and sister Dodie (Gallagher). She will be deeply missed by her loving son Gerard, daughter Caroline, daughter in law Toni, sons in law Dave and Billy, grandchildren Darren, Rebekah, Kaysey, Dominique (and her husband Joe), Lauren, Georgia, Ethan and Joshua, her three great grandchildren Sophia, Daisy and Ruby, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

 

Peggy’s funeral cortege will arrive to the Church of Our Lady Queen New Inn on Wednesday morning (March 18th) for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery Cahir. House Private please.

Michael O’ Meara (Bishop Birch Place, Kilkenny City and formerly of Roscrea, Co. Tipperary) peacefully on Saturday 14th March 2026 at his residence surrounded by his devoted family. Michael will be deeply missed by his loving wife Angela, sons Darren and Declan, daughters Alison and Zoe. Forever loved by his grandchild JJ, brothers Paddy, Joe, Tom, Peter, Ambrose and Tim, his sister Mary, nieces and nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Michael will repose in Shasby’s Funeral Home, Kilkenny City on Tuesday 17th March 2026 from 5pm concluding at 7pm. A Cremation Service will take place in The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross Road, Dublin (D6 WHY 98) on Wednesday (18th) at 2.15pm followed by cremation.

Michael’s family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation and thanks to The Carlow / Kilkenny Home Care Team, Public Health Nurses in Newpark Medical Centre, Dr. Frank Chambers Ayrfield Medical Centre, all the Staff in St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny, the dedicated Ambulance Personnel and Night Nursing Service HSE for all their help and support given to Michael and his family during his illness.

Mass for Margaret will take place in St. Michael's Church Tipperary Town on Thursday March 19th 2026 at 12 noon and burial afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary Town.

Sean passed away peacefully at home after a short illness surrounded by his heartbroken family, pre-deceased by his beloved wife Joan, brother Tom & sister Mary (Ryan).

Bridget (Bridie) Ryan, (nee Corcoran), Shallee Lower, Capparoe, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, died peacefully, at St. Conlon's Home Nenagh, surrounded by her family, on 14th March 2026.

 

Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom, son Denis (Tex) and her parents Paddy and Mary Corcoran.

 

Bridie will be sadly missed by her loving family, Mike, Theresa, Joan and Breda, her sister Julia (Haverty), brothers Michael, Tom and Pat, daughter-in-law Veronica, sons-in-law Thomas, Ray and Paul, her adored grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing on Tuesday (St. Patrick's Day) at Ryan's Funeral Home Nenagh from 4pm until 6pm. Funeral arriving on Wednesday to St. Joseph's Church Ballinahinch for Funeral Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in Kilmore Cemetery. The mass can be viewed by clicking on Webstream link below.
