2013 Gaelic4Girls

Congratulations to Newcastle Ladies Football Club who was chosen to host the 2013 Gaelic4Girls programme. This programme lasts for 12 weeks, the first 8 weeks are spent teaching participants the basic skills of the game in a safe, fun and non competitive environment. The final 4 weeks of the programme are spent integrating the participants into the club where they will train with teams from their own age groups. Each club is also invited to partake in a provincial blitz that allows both players and mentors to mix with other clubs, make new friends and enjoy a day of non-competitive action.  The Programme will culminate in the National Blitz Day which takes place this year in Croke Park, where all teams will be invited to attend.
