Tipp minor footballers into All Ireland semi-final
Tipperary qualified for the All Ireland minor football championship semi-final with victory over Meath in the quarter final at Portlaoise on Monday, winning 0-11 to 0-7.
The Munster champions were the better team throughout but only imposed their superiority in the closing stages.
They now meet Connacht champions Roscommon in the semi-final on Sunday, August 21.
