Tipperary had little difficulty overcoming the challenge of Kerry in the Munster minor hurling championship at Semple Stadium on Wednesday evening.
The home side enjoyed a facile 28 points victory, 6-21 to 0-11.
The tie was virtually over at half time when Tipp led 3-10 to 0-5.
Goal scoring hero was Toomevara’s Mark McCarthy with three goals while others to shine in a sparkling attack were Jack Shelly, Dylan Fitzelle, Stephen Cahill and John McGrath.
Kilsheelan’s Bill Maher played a captain’s role at midfield.
Tipperary were in a different league to the visitors who were reduced to fourteen men with the late dismissal of Tom McElligot.
