Our intermediate team played Ballybacon/Grange in the South Intermediate hurling final in Cahir last Sunday. Unfortunately, back to back South county titles was not meant to be, despite a brave effort by the lads. In the end, we lost out by five points. Well done to all players, managers, selectors and mentors in a gallant defence of the title. We are still in the County championship and we play Rockwell Rovers this Saturday in Boherlahlan (check out county fixtures).

On Friday last we played Ballingarry in the last of our league matches. The team showed great spirit and determination when with two minutes to go they were two point down and managed to score a goal and now are in a semi final against Mullinahone.

All the minor team is expected to be at training every Friday and Tuesday at 7.30. For those in college, lifts have been aranged for you so no excuses as we get ready for a semi final game.
