Dundrum was the venue for the clash of Arravale Rvs and Cashel KC in the Butler Centra Dundrum sponsored U14A decider and following a cracking fifty minutes hurling which finished in semi darkness, championship favourites Arravale Rvs took the honours with an eleven point margin 3-15 to 2-7 to add to the Feile na Gael and U14A league titles already in the bag.
Cashel KCs got off to a dream start with a Colin Ryan goal inside a minute but the Arravale response was a quick and decisive ten minute spell which yielded 1-5 through Fergus Halligan with four points, a Jack Lowry goal and a pointed free by Nathan Murphy Crowe. Arravale continued to reign supreme stretching the lead to nine points with two further Fergus Halligan points and the first of two goals by Michael Sharpe before Cashels Colin Ryan coming up to half time fired home 1-1 to leave just five between them at the break.
A second goal by Arravales Michael Sharpe on the resumption put his side firmly in the driving seat but try as they could Cashel were never able to come to terms with Arravale Rvs who continued to find the target. Colin Ryan who accounted for all Cashel’s scoring total of 2-7, narrowed the gap to five points but there was no stopping Arravale and helped on by the accurate free taking of Fergus Halligan, ran in six points without reply in the closing ten minutes.

In the Minogues Furniture Cashel U14B Final, Cappawhite who led from start to finish were well worth their thirteen point margin win 5-9 to 1-8 over neighbours Eire Og. With Robbie Quirke playing a dominant role around mid field the amount of possession being generated paid rich dividends as full forward David Murphy helped himself to three goals over the fifty minutes while corner forward William Barry was on target with 2-3.
Cappawhite got off to a great start with a David Murphy goal inside the opening two minutes and having built up a solid six point advantage with further goals by William Barry and David Murphy by half time, the result was never in doubt.
Eire Og upped their game in the second half and a Paudie Bradshaw goal soon after the restart had the deficit back to four but further goals by David Murphy and William Barry along with two superb points by Gearoid Ryan (Ban) sealed a well deserved victory for Cappawhite.

Following an exciting clash between Sologhead and the Kickhams in the Joe Hammersley Butchers Clonoulty sponsored U14C Hurling West Final played in Sean Treacy Park on Saturday afternoon last, Sologhead won 3-9 to 2-7.
From the throw in this game had everything with the lead changing hands and level on three occasions from the opening pointed frees by Jack Redican to the last point by Dean Morrissey ensuring a marvellous Sologhead victory. Playing with the wind in the first half the Kickhams certainly enjoyed the best of the exchanges but with Ethan Cummins and Denis O’Shea superb for Sologhead in defence while up front goals each by Seamus Burns and Aaron Ryan meant it was all to play for at the break on a score line of 2-3 to the Kickhams 1-6.
An opening second half point by Aaron Ryan was quickly cancelled out with 1-1 from Devon Ryan stretching the Kickhams lead to four but with the game approaching the final eight minutes Sologhead hit back with 1-5 without reply through Seamus Burns with 1-1 and points by Dean Morrissey (2) and one each by Ben Quinn and Jack Redican for a final tally of 3-9 to the Kickhams 2-7.
