Plans have been finalised for the Fun Cycle fundraiser on Saturday April 20th.
Large crowds are expected to turn out on the three cycle routes to support what promises to be a very exciting event.
The colourful spectacle is aimed at raising funds to aid Tipperary football teams and already clubs throughout the county and hundreds of supporters are in the process of finalising arrangements for the big day.
The Cycle which commences at 10am will take in three routes and participants are expected to arrive at Dr Morris Park in Thurles at approximately 2pm. Three starting points have been chosen, Kilsheelan GAA Centre, Arravale Rovers GAA Centre in Tipperary town, and Nenagh Eire Og GAA centre.
Cyclists heading out from Kilsheelan will travel via Clonmel, Lisronagh, Fethard, Killenaule, and Horse and Jockey. The group leaving Tipperary Town will take in
Cahir, New Inn, Cashel, Boherlahan, and Holycross. Cyclists departing Nenagh will travel to Thurles via Roscrea and Templemore.
All clubs in the county have been issued with details of the arrangements for the event, and sponsorship cards.
