Tipperary Roads Policing Unit out and about in Templemore yesterday, and spotted a motorist with no safety belt on and duly stopped the driver.
However, after further inspection a number of bald tyres on the vehicle were discovered, while things went from bad to worse after the Mobility App flagged to the officers the fact the driver is currently disqualified from driving.
The car was seized and the driver was arrested and charged to Court.
