Tipperary Active Retirment Group ready to hit the road for amazing trip

ACTIVE RETIREMENT GROUP
It’s all planned, our first day trip for our active retirement group. We hit the road on Wednesday May 3. Cotters Bus will be in Knockavilla from 930am, departing at 9.45am. We arrive at the Japanese Gardens for refreshments, teas, coffee and scones and then it's a guided tour of the National Stud Farm and a stroll around the Gardens.
Next stop is Kildare town and a dinner in the Silken Thomas restaurant, before heading back home.
We are delighted to offer all this at a cost of €30 per person. Payment on the morning, and we will have the option of card payment facility if suits.
Our trip is fully booked, as is our second trip in June.
We are planning a third trip for July/August, so watch this space. All this is possible due to the support we receive each week with our share the spoils fundraiser.

WISHING FERGAL ALL THE BEST FOR THE FUTURE
Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams GAA would like to acknowledge the work Fergal Horgan has done for refereeing over his many years of services at club and county levels. His presence will be missed as the man in the middle.
The club wishes Fergal the best going forward.

SHARE THE SPOILS
Congratulations to Christy Cranley, our share the spoils winner last week winning €275.
Thanks to everyone for all your support, and envelopes available in all the usual outlets in Dundrum and from the dispenser boxes in Knockavilla and Donaskeigh villages, and now on line also.

KEEP SAFE AND WELL!
Even though we are heading into the summer months, we remind would like to remind you that the personal security alarm systems are still available for eligible applicants.
These security pendants offer people an extra sense of security in your own home. The system is free to install and comes with one year’s free monitoring.
If you would like to find out more about this equipment, please contact Kieran 0877934071, or any member of Knockavilla community Council. Forms are also available in Dundrum Health Centre.
