Benemerenti Papal honour for Pat
Congratulations to Pat on receiving the Benemerenti Papal honour for outstanding service to her Church and Community, a well deserved honour indeed.

GAA
Our intermediate hurlers suffered the narrowest of defeats to Boherlahan/Dualla at Cahir on Saturday last.
Our next fixture is senior football championship in Ardfinnian on Saturday next against Clonmel Commercials. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Well done to our junior footballers with a comprehensive victory over Marlfield at Fethard on Sunday last.

County Board Draw
The 2023/24 draw commences August 25, all promoters should have received their documentation by now as we strive to increase our membership for the new draw.

Condolences
Deepest sympathies to the Kenneally family on the recent passing of Michael (Mick) in his 91st year, late of Ballyporeen.
May he rest in peace.

Date for your Diary
Kilsheelan Tidy Towns will be holding a BBQ at Nagles Kilsheelan on Saturday, August 19. Further details next week. All are welcome.

Kilsheelan & Kilcash Parish Church Notes
Masses for the coming week: Wednesday evening 7.30pm in Kilcash, Friday morning at 10am in Kilsheelan, Saturday evening Mass at 6pm in Kilsheelan and 10am on Sunday in Kilcash.
There will be a graveyard Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Kilcash on Wednesday, August 2 at 7.30pm and the following evening Thursday, August 3 there will be a Mass in St. Mary's, Gambonsfield at 7.30pm.
A collection will take place at each of these Masses for the upkeep of the graveyards.
