Tipperary County Council to take two Thurles estates in charge

Tipperary County Council has issued a notice of their intention to take two Thurles estates in charge. 

Under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 and in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), they are declaring the roads in Ardlui and Caisleann Court, Thurles to be public roads. 

Maps showing details of Ardlui, Thurles and Caisleann Court, Thurles may be inspected at the Thurles Municipal District Office from 9:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays from Monday, August 7 to Friday, September 1. 

They can also be found on the council's website

Objections or representations can be made in writing to Marcus O'Connor, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh county, no later than 12pm on Friday, September 15, 2023.
