Tipperary council intends to take in charge Ballingarry housing estate roads

Council has given notice of its intention to declare roads in Oakwood estate to be public

Tipperary County Council has given notice of its intention to declare the roads in the Oakwood estate in Ballingarry to be public roads under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1992 and in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000.  

A map showing details of Oakwood, Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary may be inspected at the Carrick on Suir Municipal District Office, Town Hall, New St, Townparks, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary, E32 YV00 from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, from Friday, October 20 to Monday, November 20 20th (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.

Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Marcus O'Connor, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12noon on Monday, December 4.
