Cadets of the Order of Malta in Thurles
Last Saturday, the Regional Order of Malta Cadet Competitions for the Southern Region were hosted in Thurles. Cadets from all over the region travelled to Thurles to take part in a wide range of competitions including first aid, CPR, home nursing and foot drill.
The Thurles cadets trained diligently over the past number of months in preparation for the competitions and all this hard work has paid off with the Thurles cadets finding success in all categories they entered, coming first place in each one.
Training is now underway for the All Ireland Competitions which will be held in Fermanagh this July.
