Over €12,000 raised for Cancer Support Centre during festival in Tipperary

Money raised during the Clonmel Busking Festival provided a welcome windfall for the CARE Cancer Support Centre in the town

Just over €12,000 was collected for the CARE Cancer Support Centre in Wellington Street, Clonmel, during the recent Clonmel Busking Festival.

Thanks are extended to the public for their outstanding generosity and all the volunteer collectors.

The Cancer Support Centre is now on a summer break until Monday September 9.

All involved at the centre extend their thanks to all of their benefactors for their overwhelming and generous support during the year so far.

The work of the centre couldn’t happen without this support, for which they are forever grateful.
