Royal London Ireland, a leading provider of life insurance and pensions, has appointed Brendan Cummins as Senior Broker Consultant, strengthening its advisory capacity in the south-east of the country.
Mr Cummins, whose career in financial services spans more than 25 years, brings extensive experience across banking, life insurance, pensions, and broker consultancy. In his new role, he will provide guidance to financial brokers across Tipperary, Kilkenny, and Waterford, focusing on Royal London Ireland’s life and pensions solutions.

Beyond his professional credentials, Mr Cummins is widely recognised for his contributions to Irish sport. A former goalkeeper for Tipperary’s senior hurling team, he is a two-time All-Ireland champion, five-time Munster winner, and five-time All-Star recipient. He currently manages the Tipperary under-20 hurling team, which secured the 2025 All-Ireland title earlier this year.
