After their pulsating All-Ireland senior hurling semi-final clash in Croke Park yesterday, Waterford and Killkenny must do it all again on Saturday evening next in Semple Stadium, Thurles.
The GAA has announced that the semi-final replay will take place at 6:45pm on Saturday and will kickstart a real festival of hurling with the second semi-final on Sunday in Croke Park between Tipperary and Galway, preceeded by the minor clash between the same counties.
Saturday's game will attract upwards of 35,000 to Thurles, it is anticipated and ticket prices are likely to be at a reduced rate, we understand.
