Cashel Arts Festival 2016 brochure launch will take place this Wednesday 24th August at 6.30pm in the Chapter House (formerly Bolton Library), Church of Ireland Cathedral, John St, Cashel.
All are welcome to attend this annual event
Guests will be treated to some lovely entertainment and light refreshments on the evening. There will be a chance to meet some of the people taking part in the festival and the organising team will be on hand to chat through the festival programme. Tickets to events will be available also at the launch.
The 14th Cashel Arts Festival is taking place from Thursday September 15th, to Sunday the 18th, and promises to be an action packed, fun-filled weekend of events with something to suit everyone.
Ralph McTell, well known as a singer & songwriter of such tunes as the 'Streets of London' and 'From Clare to here', will play in Brú Ború on Saturday 17th September and The Vanbrugh Quartet will play the Rock of Cashel on Sunday 18th.
These are just two of the great events taking place during the festival. Check out www.cashelartsfest.com for more details and to book tickets.
Some workshops have very limited places so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
Booking for workshops will open at 9am on Friday, 26th August and close 24 hours before the workshop is due to take place. If spaces still remain available, it will be advertised on Facebook after online booking closes and the places will be on sale at the venue 30 minutes before the beginning of the workshop on a first come first served basis. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the start time of the workshop.
Online booking fees are applicable and may vary depending on the event. Each event/workshop has a maximum capacity set and the festival/artist cannot, for health and safety reasons, offer any additional spaces once the maximum number of tickets are sold.
Events at The Rock of Cashel and Dominic’s Abbey are strictly by ticket only.
