There's a great line-up of local talent taking part in the Marathon Music Day in Clonmel tomorrow, Saturday.
The event, which will run from 10.45am to 7.20pm, is in aid of Cuan Saor Women's Refuge, which is based in the town.
The town's acclaimed youth marching band Banna Chluain Meala will get the day off to a strong start at 10.45 and they'll be followed by the Third Wheel Band at 11.30.
The schedule for the remainder of the day is as follows -
12.20-1pm - Booley Boys;
1.05-2pm - Galtee Mountain Boys;
2- 2.50 - Pearly Whites;
2.50-3.45 - Rattle The Boards;
3.45-4.30 - Dom O’Driscoll;
4.35-5.30 - Baker Street;
5.30-6.20 - Loose Cannons and
6.25-7.20 - Pheasant Pluckers.
With good weather forecast large crowds are expected to gather at the Main Guard throughout the day.
