The Stunning return to Roscrea with favourites such as Brewing up a Storm, Romeo’s on Fire and Half Past Two guaranteeing a mind blowing set from one of Ireland’s biggest rock bands.

The remainder of the line-up for the festival to be announced soon will be a number of other major Irish acts along with local acts. With gates opening at 12pm, festival goers will be treated to a day of nonstop entertainment from 2pm till 10.30pm.

Tickets will be priced at €25 per person or €60 for a family ticket and will be available online at or through a host of local outlets throughout Tipperary, Laois, Offaly and Limerick. There will be a host of hospitality facilities and fun activities on site including food and bar facilities. Centrally located in the town of Roscrea with ample parking facilities allowing easy access to the festival site on the sports grounds of Colaiste Phobal.

Setting up of the music festival came from Principal Michael O’ Connor looking at funding options for the development of sports facilities for Colaiste Phobal. “Although the main function of the event is to raise funding for the sports development, I thought that it would also provide us with the opportunity to run a great event for Roscrea and the region.”

Alan Kelly TD, Chairman of the organising committee, said “It’s great to see such an event being organised for a town like Roscrea who over the years had such a proud musical history with acts such as the Stunning having taken to the stage in the iconic Pathe Hotel. The music festival is a great platform for a community event and regional music festival to support the growth and development of sports facilities for Colaiste Phobal Roscrea and the community. I am proud to be part of the organising committee and hope to see this grow in an annual event in Roscrea.”
