A portfolio of 23 houses in Tipperary has sold for €540,000 following a competitive bidding war at the latest Bidx1 auction earlier today.
Lot 103, made up of 23 semi detached, three-bedroom houses at Glen Court, Emly in County Tipperary attracted 59 bids, starting at a reserve price of €345,000.

The properties, which all require completion works, range in size from 98 sq. m - 138 sq. m (1,054 sq. ft - 1,485 sq. ft). One property is currently subject to a tenancy however the remaining units are vacant.
Meanwhile a semi-detached three bedroom property at 53 Carrigeen, Clonmel, sold for €84,000 after 30 bids from interested buyers and €34,000 above it's reserve of €50,000.
