Tipperary gardaí fine driver breaching Covid-19 restrictions 'dropping off bag of clothes'

Gardaí in Cahir recently stopped a vehicle passing through Cashel with defective lighting.

The driver, who stated they were travelling back to Dublin from Cork after “dropping off a bag of clothes”, was issued with a fine for non-essential travel during the Level 5 lockdown.
