Tipperary ladies footballers hoping to build on good start in the national league

Tipperary will be hoping to make it two wins from two in the Lidl Ladies National Football League on Sunday when they entertain Cavan in Fethard Town Park at 2pm.

Tipp dug out a gritty home win, 1-13 to 1-11, against Westmeath in their opening fixture in Fethard last weekend.

Cavan make the trip to the Premier County aiming to kickstart their campaign with a positive result.  

The Breffni County lost out to Armagh last weekend and will hope for better fortunes on Sunday.
