An 'A' for quizmaster Johnny B at Cahir Tidy Towns Fundraiser

The Cahir Tidy Towns Quiz was back last weekend after a three-year absence. There was a huge crowd present and unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate all those that turned up.

Thanks to Hughie, Margaret, and staff at the Shamrock Lounge for accommodating the crowd and trying to squeeze in as many as possible. 

Thanks also to those who helped organise the night and those who gave spot prizes and the winner’s prizes sponsored by The Shamrock Lounge and runner up prize sponsored by John Quirke Jewellers. 

Credit is due also to Johnny B for giving his time to set the questions and call them on the night. This was his first real venture as a Quizmaster and there was a great mixture that everyone complained about but enjoyed nevertheless!

It was a great mixture of questions to be fair and a Cahir question in every round.

Thanks again to all involved and all monies raised go directly into town projects.
