It's a new year and new fundraising ideas for Our Lady's Crumlin Childrens Hospital in Dublin and Kilos for Kids is our great adventure for all for this year.
The headquarters is Duneske Leisure Centre and a big thanks to Tim Shanahan for helping us out!
Karen Moore and Pat Cunningham have a weight loss program and a bodybuilding program taking place right at this moment, and you can join them.
The idea came from listening to people saying "I must hit the gym after the Christmas but I know I will drop out in a couple of weeks." So this is where Karen and Pat come in. If you want to lose a few pounds or you want to build up, join them.
All you need to do is arrange to meet with one of them and they will arrange for an assessment at the gym. The guys at Duneske Lesiure Centre really want to help with the challenge and they all really know their stuff!
Call Karen or Pat to find out the funds you need to raise and then train and diet with them. They will motivate you and keep you going, it's only for six months. Need a gym buddy? Motivation? We are here all the way! Clonmel Park Hotel have been amazing and will assess your fitness and help you along, they even have a special 6 month gym offer to get you on the right track!
What do you get out of it?
A new body for starters, new friends, but also take part in a calendar shoot for 2012 calendar, fashion show model at the end of the year and the great feeling of helping Crumlin Children's Hospital raise much needed funds. Plus you will look great for the summer.
We are proud to say that a lot of people have already started the challenge and in the first week alone our weight loss people lost an amazing 26.5lbs between them! To kick start this fun and feel good factor challenge, Kilos for Kids will be officially opened by none other than Darren Holden from the High Kings who is a good friend and fundraiser for Crumlin, he recently climbed Kiliminjaro with Pat to raise much needed funds. He will be at Duneske Leisure Centre in Cahir on February 19 to meet and greet and get this event rolling.
Contact Pat Cunningham on (086) 1511853 or Karen Moore on (086) 179 9268 for more information on any of the above.
