New Arch Lane Market
A new market in the heart of Tipperary Town starts this Saturday, February 12 between 10am-4pm and every Saturday thereafter.
The new Arch Lane Market will reside in Arch Lane, Main Street, beside Greenes Stationery shop and in celebration for this Saturday's grand opening music and face painting for kids is available for all.
This eclectic market offers many wonderful delights: Fruit & Veg, Fresh Health Breads, Home Bakes, Handmade Jewellery, Local Iron Craft, Irish Candles, Local Handmade Cards, Organic Skincare, Mineral Makeup, Stain Glass Giftware, Local Knitwear, Babywear, and so much more. This is the perfect place to browse on a Saturday with friends.
The usual Tipperary Farmer's market that resides at Dunnes Stores shopping centre will resume there as normal.
Boxing Club Fundraiser
A new Boxing Club is in the process of being set up in Tipperary Town for the young people in our community. The Three Drives Family Resource Centre has secured funding for equipment but will need money to affiliate the club with the Irish Amateur Boxing Association in order to train volunteers in coaching and child welfare courses. This initiative is being supported by a number of organisations including: Three Drives F.R.C., Tipperary Regional Youth Services, Tipperary Town Council and R.A.P.I.D.
Tipperary Town Boxing Club is holding a Table Quiz in Tony Lowry's
Bar on Friday, February 18, at 9.30pm. Table of 4 is 20 euros.
Please support this very worthy fundraiser; there will be spot prizes and a raffle. All proceeds to Tipperary Town Boxing Club.
Paper Craft workshops at Excel
