More than €5000 worth of construction materials and equipment were stolen from a business premises in the village of Monard last week.
The burglary occurred between 5pm and 6pm last Thursday, August 1 .
Investigating gardai have appealed to anyone who saw a white Mitsubishi Canter truck with an orange crane in the Monard area on that date to contact Tipperary Town Garda Station.
They have also appealed for help from any witnesses to two burglaries in Tipperary last week.
A laptop, iPod, cash, make-up and other property were stolen from a house at Rosanna Close, Rosanna Rd between 9am and 6pm last Thursday. Cash and jewellery were stolen from the second house at O’Connell Road in Tipperary the next day, Friday, August 2 between 1.15pm and 1.45pm
Clogheen’s parochial house in was also broken into but no property was stolen from the premises.
Gardai have arrested and charged a 20 year-old Co. Cork man in connection with the break-in that occurred last Saturday morning.
Meanwhile, Gardai in Carrick-on-Suir have arrested a juvenile youth in connection with the burglary of a house at Newtown Lower, Faugheen on Sunday and breaking into a car at St Nicholas Church Car Park in Carrick last Saturday night. Cash and a bicycle were stolen in the house break-in.
