Dog attacked by bull terrier in Clonmel

A man who was walking his pet husky dog in Clonmel watched in horror as it was attacked by a Staffordshire bull terrier.

A man who was walking his pet husky dog in Clonmel watched in horror as it was attacked by a Staffordshire bull terrier.

The incident occurred at the Heywood Road on Saturday night last.

The husky dog was injured in the attack and was taken to a veterinary surgeon, where its injuries were treated.

The Staffordshire terrier was unaccompanied and ran away from the scene.

Gardai were made aware of the incident.

Parkinson’s Support meeting

A meeting of the South Tipperary Parkinson’s Support Group will take place at 10.30am next Tuesday, October 7 at Hotel Minella, Clonmel. The meeting is open to all Parkinson’s sufferers and their carers.
