Camogie team is named as Tipperary look for silverware in Thurles

Tipp camogie team for todays final is named

The Tipperary senior camogie team for today's Munster final has been revealed by manager Denis Kelly.

Joint captains Clodagh Quirke and Karen Kennedy take control at 3 and 6 respectively. Drom Inchs Aoife McGrath is at 7 and will play a pivotal role in launching attacks for Tipperary. 

Roisin Howard is in the half forward line and Grace O'Brien will enjoy the open spaces of Thurles hovering around the attacking 21 as Tipp look to win their first silverware in over a decade.

The Munster camogie senior final throws in at 3.30pm. It is the first game of a doubleheader in Thurles that sees Clare take on Waterford at 6pm in the Munster senior hurling championship.

A great atmosphere is guaranteed in Thurles so get along and support Karen Kennedy, Eimear McGrath and co.
