Independent South Tipperary TD Seamus Healy will not nominate or support any candidate in the presidential election.
He said that as no candidate was supporting the cause of low income tax payers who were subsidising the super-rich, he had decided not to nominate any candidate.
Meanwhile another South Tipperary TD Mattie McGrath said he is consulting his supporters before deciding if he will nominate a candidate for the presidency.
