Bozena Chochla and Breda Browne from the staff restaurant at Alza Cordis were two of four ladies who scooped medals and certificates for their efforts at the recent Sodexo Ireland Salon Culinair.
The annual staff culinary competition is organized by Sodexo, one of Ireland's leading food and facilities management providers which employs over 2,000 staff based in 200 client locations around the country.
Bozena scooped a bronze medal while Breda was presented with a Certificate of Merit for her first-time entry into the competition.
Chef Sharron Horncastle won a gold and a silver medal and Margaret Moynihan won a bronze medal for her 'Tipp jersey' novelty cake.
