Tipperary referee appointed to officiate All Ireland minor football final this weekend

Tipperary will have a representative on the field of play during this weekend's All-Ireland minor football championship final between Monaghan and Derry in the Athletics Grounds in Armagh.

Moyle Roversreferee Sean Lonergan has been appointed to referee the all-Ulster finale with the game set to be broadcast live on TG4.

This is a huge appointment for the Moyle Rovers club man and his team of officials and indeed an honour that is richly deserved for the south Tipp whistler.
