Yvonne attended St. Ailbe’s School in Tipperary and has worked in Scoil Cormac, Cashel, as a Special Needs Assistant for ten years.

“I really love the work I do in Scoil Cormack and that helped me make my decision to go back to college and get a qualification to teach children with special needs up to the age of twelve years,” said Yvonne.

“It is my dream to teach children with special needs in the area.”

Yvonne is the daughter of Cllr. Anna Toohy-Halligan and present Mayor of Tipperary town.
