Dylan Slevin is competing on the world stage
Dylan Slevin continues to make waves in the world of darts and this week he scored one of the biggest wins of his career to date in Leicester across the channel.
The Tipperary native took on the experienced and highly ranked premier league player Nathan Aspinall in the Pro Tour and scored a marvellous win over the player ranked 9th in the world.
It went from level to level for the Borrisokane star nicknamed the "Slevinator" as he beat Aspinall 6-4 in round one of the Players Championship 15 event before getting the better of Madars Razma on a 6-2 scoreline in the second round.
After that Dylan beat Ritchie Edhouse 6-5 to reach the last 16 of the competition before Joe Cullen, the world number 13 from England, ended the north Tipperary competitors' chances in the competition by winning on a 6-1 scoreline.
In the players championship 16, tiredness hit eventually as William O'Connor defeated Dylan Slevin by 6-1.
Overall though the curve is upwards for Dylan Slevin who is proving himself worthy of the big stage in the darts world.
